Artificial butter flavouring. It contains no milk at all and we use very little of it. See Wikipedia's page on Diacetyl for more info.

At the moment we only have "cold sauces", that means served at room temperature. It is possible to heat them slowly on low effect, but the risk for separation is great. We do not recommend heating.

The short answer is no, we do not recommend it. If it has been frozen you can thaw it and stir plenty, maybe even add a few spoons of water, keep stirring until the oil and water are properly mixed again.
