Butter aroma (Diacetyl) is an aroma and taste enhancer. It does not contain any milk.

WHERE CAN I BUY LOHMANDER'S PRODUCTS?

We have no direct sales to stores, all products are sold through one of our distributors.
Both Coop and Axfood (Willys, Hemköp) have our products through central purchase and À la Carte Food Scandinavia AB distributes to everyone else, in particular Ica.

SHELF LIFE FOR OPENED CONTAINERS?

About 14 days, but it depends on how it is stored. We recommend 4-8 degrees C and make sure the lid is on tightly.

CAN YOU FREEZE OR HEAT LOHMANDER'S PRODUCTS?

The short answer is no. Should the oil and water separate (by freezing or heating too much) you can stir it firmly and thuroughly until there's no more oil visible. The storage temperature should be between +2 and +8 degrees celsius and we recommend you serve all our products at room temperature. See product specific information for details.

WHY DOES THIS SITE LOOK WEIRD?
